A little bit about me...

Kevin began playing the drums at the age of five. Kevin's father brought home a beat up old Ludwig drum kit for Kevin to start practicing on. Kevin was self-taught until he was able to join the school band in fourth grade. He excelled in the Jazz and Marching Band in High School at which point he was the section leader. Kevin loves to share his talents with others through his performances. Kevin started sharing his talent at the age of ten by performing in backyard bands and church. From then on it has been a steady diet of performances. Kevin's sound choice is Yamaha, Ludwig, Gretsch, and Latin Percussion. Kevin has recorded for the following groups and individuals: Greg Chambers, Paul Brown, The Radio Blue, Blind to Reason, and Vixens. Kevin has performed with James Nagel, Nancy Wilson, Perry Lighfoot and Co., and Tia Carroll (the 2007 top bay area Blues Jazz Vocalist). Currently, Kevin can be seen performing with Greg Chamber and The Radio Blue, and the group "Smooth Jazz Friends."
